Notice of the Establishment of the Academic Committee

Departments:

To elevate the academic standards of museum research, strengthen inter-museum scholarly exchanges, and promote the development of the museum sector, the Academic Committee of the Baoding Zhili Governor's Mansion Museum has been established. Guided by the leadership of the Communist Party of China, the committee is committed to upholding the Constitution, laws, regulations, and all relevant policies. It will adhere to the principles of serving the people and socialism, following the work guidelines of "prioritizing preservation, emphasizing rescue efforts, promoting rational utilization, and enhancing management." The committee will also embrace the policy of "letting a hundred flowers bloom and a hundred schools of thought contend," fostering a pragmatic academic approach that emphasizes both theory and practice. Through active engagement in extensive scholarly exchanges, the committee aims to raise the academic research standards in museology, contributing to the preservation and promotion of China’s rich cultural heritage and the building of socialist spiritual civilization.
